I help leaders move beyond the pressures of individual performance and cultivate the kind of organisational culture where trust, collaboration, and resilience thrive. Because when people feel valued, heard, and connected, they bring their whole selves to work and that’s when real transformation happens.

From GP to Organisational Consultant and Leadership Coach –
A shift in perspective

 

I began my career as a GP with a deep-rooted desire to make things better. Medicine, at its core, isn’t just about symptoms, it’s about people.

 

I always believed that to help someone heal, you had to understand them in the context of their lives. Relationships, trust, and social cohesion weren’t just nice-to-haves; they were essential to real, lasting change.

 

But in the fast-moving world of healthcare, I grew frustrated. The system often reduced relationships to transactional exchanges, stripping away the very trust that made a difference in people’s well-being. And I saw the same patterns in organisations, leaders trying to drive change without the foundation of trust and cohesion that makes change possible.

 

That’s what led me to study organisational dynamics and systems-psychodynamics, completing a Master’s in Consulting and Leading in Organisations at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust. 

 

My work today is a natural evolution of my journey, helping leaders and teams navigate complexity, build meaningful connections, and create workplaces where people don’t just survive but truly thrive.

 Leadership is about people. 
 
 Not just strategy. 

 

Many leaders believe that success comes from hiring the best individuals, but I’ve seen firsthand that it’s the dynamics between people, the trust, the shared purpose, and the open conversations that make a team exceptional.

That’s why I focus on helping leaders:

 

✔ Build cohesive, high-trust teams that work together rather than in silos

✔ Have more honest conversations that navigate differences instead of avoiding them

✔ Create a culture where people bring their whole selves to work and feel valued for it

✔ Move from transactional leadership to transformational impact

 A global perspective. 

 A deep curiosity. 

I’ve lived, worked, and studied across different cultures - with Australian heritage, growing up in Manchester, marrying into an Indian family, and building my career in East London. 

 

With a degree in Politics, Philosophy and History from Birkbeck College, I’ve always been fascinated by the bigger picture, how systems shape behaviour, how leadership influences culture, and how real change happens.

 

At my core, I’m deeply curious. I want to understand people - their stories, their struggles, what drives them. And it’s this curiosity, paired with my systems-psychodynamic approach, that allows me to help leaders and organisations shift from feeling stuck to seeing new possibilities.
